摘要: 合成了葡萄糖和半胱氨酸的缩合产物,即2(RS)-D-葡萄糖-(1′,2′,3′,4′,5′-五羟基戊烷)噻唑烷-4(R)-羧酸,并分别制备了与锌(Ⅱ)、铜(Ⅱ)、锰(Ⅱ)、钴(Ⅱ)和镍(Ⅱ)等人体必需微量元素形成的配合物。通过元素分析、摩尔电导、热重分析、红外及电子光谱等数据,探讨了上述配合物的的化学结构。

Abstract: 2(RS)-D-Gluco-(1',2',3',4',5'-Pentahydroxypentyl)Thiazolidine-4(R)-Carboxylic Acid has been synthesized by condensation between D-glucose and L-cysteine.Using this compound as ligand we prepared five novel metal complexes.They are complexes of Zn(Ⅱ), Fe(Ⅱ),Mn(Ⅱ),Cu(Ⅱ),Ni(Ⅱ),respectively.Their composition and structure were char-acterized and studied by molar conductivity,element analysis,thermogravimetry,infrared and UV-spectra.
