小鼠生后肾上腺发育的形态学及组织化学

Morphology and Histochemistry of Adrenal Glands in the Postnatal White Mice

摘要: 小鼠生后第1 d 就可见肾上腺皮质和髓质.皮质由球状带、束状带与网状带构成.用组织化学方法研究结果表明生后第1d 的肾上腺皮质3β-羟基甾体脱氢酶(3β-HSDH)和脂类含量丰富,无性别差异.日龄35 d 后出现性别差异,雌性仍有三带.但网状带变薄,3β-HSDH 弱阳性;雄性网状带消失,而形成一薄层结缔组织带,此带3β-HSDH 与脂类都为阴性。

Abstract: The cortex and medula of the adrenal glands can be observed day 1th after birth.The cortex consists of the gloerlosal,fasciculatal and reticularal zonae.The 3β-hydroxy steroid de-hydroenase(3β-HSDH)and adiposes were rich in all zonae.After days 35th at birth,the males were different from the females.The cortex of females were three zonae too,but the reticularal zonae were thinner than days 35th before.The 3β-HSDH and adiposes showed weakly.In males,reticularal zonae did not showed.Between the fasciculatal zonae and medul-la there is a connective tissue's membrane which membrane did not contain the 3β-HSDH and the adipose.
