博洛克治疗急性脑梗塞223例疗效观察

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 采用随机抽样双盲法应用博洛克治疗223例急性脑梗塞患者,总有效率为93.72%,显效率70.40%,治疗组纤维蛋白原、优球蛋白溶解时间、全血粘度、血浆粘度、血小板聚集功能均有下降,未发现任何毒副作用.

关键词: 蚓激酶, 抗血栓, 脑梗塞

Abstract: Lumbrokinase is a new antithrombotic drug.We have treated 223 patients with cerebral infarction using this drug.Random sampling and double blind method were adopted.The re-sults revealed that the total effective rate was 93.72%,with the obvious effective rate being 70.40%.Fibrogen,euglobulin lysis time,blood viscosity,plasma viscosity and platelet aggre-gating function were reduced in the treated group.The side effect hasn't be found,thus, lumbrokinase is a nontoxic and safe drug.
