鳀鱼鱼油中EPA和DHA的气相色谱分析

摘要: 用气相色谱法测定鳀鱼鱼油中EPA、DHA的含量,鱼油PUFA用0.5mol/L NaOH-甲醇液皂化,BF3-甲醇酯化成脂肪酸甲酯,进行气相色谱测定.内标物用TSA-M.模拟试验5份平均回收率EPA-M为89.86%,DHA-M为89.78%.变异系数EPA-M为0.80%,DHA-M为0.64%.表明本法简便、快速、重现性好.

Abstract: In this paper the method of gas chromatographic(GC)analysis for eicosapentaenoic acid(EPA)and docosahexaenoic acid(DHA)in the anchovy oil was reported. The polyunsaturated fatty acids(PUFA)in the fish oil were saponified with 0.5 mol/L NaOH-CH3OH, and esterified with BF3-CH3OH for GC analysis. The quantity was determined by internal standard method with TSA-M as a reference. In five determinations, the average rate of reclamation for EPA-M and DHA-M was 89.86%, 89.78% respectively. The variation coefficient for EPA-M was 0.80%, and for DHA-M was 0.64%. The proposed method is simple, rapid and reproducible.
