液化石油气燃烧颗粒物对小鼠骨髓细胞微核率的影响

Induction of Micronuclei in Mice Treated with Extracts of Particulates from Liquefied Petroleum Gas(LPG)Combustion

摘要: 对液化石油气燃烧颗粒物诱发小鼠骨髓细胞微核进行了研究.结果表明,提取物剂量在100~400mg/kg之间,微核率由10.9‰升至28.8‰,呈明显的剂量-反应关系,各剂量组与对照组比较均具极显着性差异(P<0.01).说明液化石油气燃烧颗粒物在体内可产生明显的遗传毒性作用,这种作用可能是该颗粒物诱发肺癌的机制之一.

Abstract: Methylene chloride extracts of particulates from LPG combustion appliance were studied in micronucleus test in mice.The test was carried out with Kunming mice treated with the extracts at 100,200 and 400 mg/kg(ip,twice).A significant dose-dependent increase in MNPCE was clearly observed in all dose groups compared to that of the control(P<0.01).The extracts also had a marked cytotoxic effect on bone marrow as indicated by a significant reduction in PCE/NCE ratio with the dose(P<0.05).Therefore,it was considered that the extracts might be clastogen or spindle poison that was mutagenic in vivo and might be potential carcinogenic.
