不同类型白内障晶体中自由基信号及强度的ESR研究

The ESR Study of Free Radicals in Lens with Different Cataract

摘要: 采用冷冻干燥法处理样品后,用电子自旋共振(ESR)技术对50日龄大鼠3种不同类型实验白内障晶体中自由基信号及强度进行了检测,发现:正常晶体内含2个自由基峰,其中1个峰属于超氧自由基类,另1峰性质未定;仔1代和仔2代先天性白内障晶体中,超氧自由基峰明显低平,另1峰强度也低于正常组,而在硒性和半乳糖性白内障晶体内,超氧自由基峰消失,另1峰强度明显低于正常组,这些结果与已有报道有所不同,其中对先天性白内障晶体的检测在国内外尚属首次.

Abstract: In this experiment, lenses aged 50 days coming with congenital, selenium and galactal cataracts were used. After being processed with freezing-drying method,each cataractous lens was examined by the electron spin resonance to study radicals in the lens. It has been found that the intensity of radicals in congenital cataract,selenium cataract and galactal cataract was all lower than that of normal group. In congenital cataract lens,the intensity of radicals was lower than that of normal group, but higher than that of the selenium and galactal cataract. This result is also different with the results reported before. We suggest that the quality and quantity of radicals in lens change with the alternated ages.
