摘要/Abstract

摘要： 在深覆(牙合)矫治中,由于下颌唇弓上的磨牙后倾弯的作用,可在压低下切牙的同时,对下磨牙牙冠施有向远中倾斜的力量。本研究从力与曲线的机理方面,对下磨牙的这种角度的改变给深覆矫治所带来的影响进行初步的探讨。结果表明:在不同类型的深覆(牙合)矫治中,对于下颌反向唇弓对下颌第1恒磨牙牙冠所施加的向远中倾斜的力量应做不同的调整。

Abstract: During orthodontic treatment of over bite,the tip back bend on mandibular arch wires can make mandikular molars tipping distally while depressing mandibular incisors.The purpose of the present study was to handle the principle of occlusal force and occlusal curve to analyze the advantages and disadvantages resulted from this change in over bite treatment.The result showed that it was necessary to regulate the distal tipping force putting on mandibular molars during treatment for different types of over bite.
