摘要/Abstract

摘要： 采用急性肠缺血再灌注模型,应用电子显微镜和光学显微镜观察、比较加用丹参注射液后缺血再灌注肠管粘膜超微结构及组织结构的变化。结果显示,丹参注射液对缺血再灌注后的肠粘膜超微结构、组织结构具有保护作用。

Abstract: A model of the acute ischemia intestinal reperfusion was produced in rabbits.The light and electron microscopic observations of the intestinal mucosa damage were evaluated and compared.The results indicated that the injection tanshinone has the protective effect on intestinal mucosa tissue structure and ultrasteucture.
