Studies on Alkaline Phosphatase(ALP) and Leucine Aminopeptidase(LNAse) Activity in Mouse Embryonal and Postnatal Developing Testis

摘要:

对胚胎至性成熟小鼠睾丸中的碱性磷酸酶(ALP)及亮氨酸氨基肽酶(LNAse)的分布进行了研究。发现胚胎期ALP位于原始生殖细胞,体细胞则呈阴性反应;生后20d至性成熟,ALP位于曲细精管的基膜,曲细精管生精细胞及支持细胞则为阴性。LNAse于胚胎期位于原始生殖细胞及支持细胞;生后及性成熟期原始生殖细胞及支持细胞也都显示较强阳性。酶的这些表现提示其与生殖细胞的增殖与分化关系密切。

Abstract:

Two enzymes,ALP and LNAse,were demostrated by histochemistry in the embryonal and postnatal developing testes of mouse. ALP was shown clearly to have positional change in testes from embryo to maturity.In embryo,ALP was found in the primordial germ cells.But by day 10 after birth,none of the germ cells showed positive reaction for ALP.From day 10 on,the basement membrane of seminiferous tubules in postnatal developing testes showed positive reaction for ALP.The positive reaction became stronger by day 20.LNAse was identified in primordial germ cells and Sertoli's cells of embryonal testes.In the postnatal developing testes LNAse were also positive.LNAse and ALP may be important enzymes for the proliferation and differentiation of germinal cells in mouse testes.
