谷氨酸单钠对大鼠垂体生长激素细胞发育的影响

Effect of Monosodium Glutamate on GH Pituicyte in Rats

摘要:

给出生10d内的雄性Wistar大鼠皮下注射谷氨酸单钠(MSG),观察其新生期(11日龄)、青春期(52日龄)、成年期(100日龄)的垂体生长激素(GH)细胞。结果:各期GH细胞的大小实验组均小于对照组,且随着年龄的增长差异越加明显,新生期有显着性差异(P<0.005),青春期与成年期均有高度显着性差异(P<0.001).各期GH细胞中的GH含量实验组均高于对照组(P<0.001).提示:注射谷氨酸单钠的雄性Wistar大鼠的垂体GH细胞的发育、成熟及其产生和分泌GH的功能均受到抑制。

Abstract:

The evidence of dwarfism like manifestation of rat was found by hypodermic adminstration of MSG 4 g/kg every other day to the newborn rats under 10 d after birth.The development of rat pituitary gland was observed on the 11 th day(newborn stage), 52 th day(puberty) and 100 th day(adult). Using the antiserum against GHas the primary antibody,we examined 48 cases of pituitary specimens stained immunohistochemically with PAP, divided into six groups. The results showed: The mean area of GHpituicytes in experimental groups were decreased as compared with that in control group.GHpituicytes in control groups were stained less dense than those in experimential groups( P<0.001) .Thus, the MSGcan induce dwarfism with GHdeficiency in rat. It can depress the deveolpment and maturity of GHpituicytes. It can also decrease the GHreleasing.
