实验性脾虚证大鼠附睾形态学和细胞化学的研究

Morphological and Cytochemical Study of Epididymis in Experimental “Spleen Deficiency" Syndrome of Rats

摘要:

对实验性脾虚证和对照组大鼠的附睾进行组织学与酶细胞化学的对比观察。组织学观察显示脾虚组大鼠附睾管断面不规则,管壁变薄,附睾管之间水肿。细胞化学观察也显示附睾上皮细胞中部分酶活性有不同程度改变。较明显的有附睾管头段:LDH、SDH活性增强;中段:SDH和3-β-HSDH活性增强;尾段:SDH和3-β-HSDH活性减弱。结果说明脾虚证大鼠附睾结构及细胞代谢均有改变,这些改变可能对精子生理性成熟有影响。

Abstract:

Adult male rats were used and divided into two groups,i.e.normal control group and experimental “spleen deficiency" group.The experimental rat had been feeded with the decoction of Da Huang.The animals of two groups were killed simultaneously on 42th day. The epididymis of two groups were observed morphologically and cytochemistry. Results of experimental “spleen deficiency" group. The duct of epididymis became into irregular and its wall thinner.The intercellular substances showed hydropic change.Cytochemical results of experimental “spleen deficiency" group. The activity of LDH and SDH in the part of caput epididymidis showed potentiation.The reactivity of SDH and 3-β-HSDH in the part of corpus epididymidis showed potentiation. The reativity of SDH and 3-β-HSDH in the part of cauda epididymidis showed deminution.This study demonstrates hydropic change.Changes in the structure and metabolism. Such changes might influence the physiological maturation of sperms.
