谷氨酸单钠致大鼠肾上腺组织化学变化的研究

Histochemical Studies on the Adrenal Glands of Rats Induced by Monosodium Glutamate

摘要:

观察谷氨酸单钠(MSG)对大鼠肾上腺酶和脂类的影响.动物分为新生期(11d)、青春期(52d)、成年期(100d)3组.用酶组织化学方法显示琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、3-β-羟甾脱氢酶(3-β-HSDH)、葡萄糖-6-磷酸酶(G-6-Pase)、葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶(G-6-PDH)、非特异性酯酶(NsE)、三磷酸腺苷酶(ATPase),用油红O法显示脂类.用半定量和显微分光光度计进行定量测定.结果:11d,MSG组上述指标高于对照组;而52d和100d,MSG组的LDH高于对照组,其他指标都低于对照组.

Abstract:

Using MSG lesioned rats, the changes of enzymes and lipid in rat′s adrenal gland were studied . Animals were seperated into three groups of 11th day(newborn stage), 52th day(pu terty)and 100th day(adult). Each stage rats were seperated into two subgroups, the sham and lesion subgroups. The speciments of adrenal glands were stained with histochemistry and red oil O to show SDH,LDH,3-β-HSDH,G-6-Pase,G-6-PDH,NsE and lipid. Quantitative analyses were performed. The present study revealed that all of the above enzyme activities and lipid were elevated in lesion group of 11th day. In lesion group of 52th day and 100th day, the enzyme activities of LDH were elevated and other enzyme activities and lipid were low. These studies reveal that MSG may poisined on adrenal gland.
