谷氨酸单钠对大鼠垂体促性腺激素细胞的影响

Effect of Monosodium Glutamate on GTH Pituicyte in Rats

摘要: 给新生期大鼠皮下注射10%谷氨酸单钠(MSG),观察其青春期(52日龄)及成年期(100日龄)的垂体及黄体生成素(LH)细胞的变化。结果:青春期和成年期给药组大鼠的垂体质量分别为(3.26±0.51)mg和(5.21±0.72)mg,显着低于对照组的(8.46±0.81)mg和(12.04±1.23)mg(P<0.01);给药组的LH细胞面积(像素值)分别为998.00±161.56和1105.56±219.83,显着小于对照组的1662.30±141.46和1892.11±212.29(P<0.01).但各期给药组单个细胞内LH含量与对照组均无显着性差异(P>0.05).血清LH及卵泡刺激素(FSH)的浓度给药组各期均显着低于对照组(P<0.01).给药组弓状核神经细胞明显减少,分布稀疏。结果表明:新生期注射MSG大鼠的垂体促性腺激素(GTH)细胞的发育及功能受到抑制.

Abstract: The neonatal rats were injected subcutaneously with 10% monosodium glutamate(MSG). The development of rat pituitary gland and LH pituicyte were observed on the 52th day(puberty)and 100th day(adult). The results showed:The pituitary weights on 52th and 100th day were(3.26± 0.51)mg and(5.21±0.72)mg in MSG group respectively. They decreased significantly as compared with control group(P<0.01),(8.46±0.81)mg and(12.04±1.23)mg respectively. The mean area of LH pituicytes on 52th day and 100th day were 998.00±161.56 and 1 105.56± 219.83. They decreased remarkably as compared with control group(P<0.01), 1 662.30±141.46 and 1 892.11±212.29 respectively. However, LH content of individual LH pituicyte in MSG group had no significant differences as compared with that in control group(P>0.05). The serum concentrations of LH and FSH were significantly lower in MSG group than those of control group on both ages. A striking reduction in the number of neurons in the arcuate nucleus(ARC)were noted. Thus, MSG can depress the development and function of GTH pituicytes.
