糖尿病对大鼠心脏缺血/再灌性室颤及缺血预处理的影响

The Effect of Diabetes on Ischemia/ Reperfusion Ventricular Fibrillation and Ischemic Preconditioning in Rats

摘要: 采用大鼠四氧嘧啶糖尿病模型,观察糖尿病对心脏缺血/再灌注性室颤的累计持续时间(VFt)、发生率(VFr)及缺血预处理(IP)后心脏缺血保护作用的影响.结果:糖尿病大鼠与非糖尿病大鼠相比再灌期VFr明显降低(46%比93%,P<0.05),缺血期室颤出现时间延迟〔(14.36±3.67)s比(5.81±1.02)s,P<0.01〕;缺血10minVFt〔(0.43±0.25)s比(39.00±26.27)s,P<0.05〕及再灌期VFt〔(5.00±2.97)s比(234.07±64.68)s,P<0.01〕均显着缩短,提示早期糖尿病大鼠心电稳定性较好.糖尿病大鼠心肌缺血预处理对心脏缺血再灌期的VFr及VFt皆无影响,而缺血10min的VFt较糖尿病非预处理组大鼠增加,说明早期糖尿病时心脏缺血的自身保护作用有所减弱.

Abstract: The alloxan diabetes rat model was used to study the effect of diabetes on ischemia/reperfusion ventricular fibrillation rate(VFr), times(VFt)and ischemic preconditioning. The results showed that the reperfusion VFr in diabetes rats were less than that in normal rats(P<0.05), and the ischemia and reperfusion VFt in diabetes rats were shorter than that in normal rats. It suggested that there was the better cardiac electricity stability in early diabetes rats. The ischemic precondation did not changed the reperfusion VFt and VFr, but increased the ischemic VFt. It indicated that the self protect function of the diabetes heart was decreased.
