巯基物质对大鼠急性颅脑损伤应激性胃黏膜损伤胃黏膜结构的影响

Effect of Sulfhydryl Compounds on the Structure of Gastric Mucosa after Brain Trauma in Rats

摘要: 为观察巯基物质对大鼠急性颅脑损伤应激性黏膜损害胃黏膜结构的影响,采用改良Allen法制造大鼠颅脑损伤模型,将Wistar大鼠分为正常组、对照组、治疗组3组。治疗组在损伤前15min腹腔注射硫普罗宁300mg/kg,分别观察各组胃黏膜大体、光镜及电镜下结构改变。结果:对照组损伤后24h出现应激性黏膜损伤,而治疗组胃黏膜损伤明显减轻。提示:巯基物质对大鼠颅脑损伤应激性黏膜损伤胃黏膜细胞具有保护作用。

Abstract: To observe the effect of sulfhydryl compounds on the structure of brain trauma in rats, the models of brain trauma in rats were built by Allen's method. The rats were divided randomly into three groups: normal, contrast and treated. The rats in the treated group were injected with Tiopronic-prophylaxis (300 mg·kg-1). The histopathologic changes of the gastric mucosa were investigated with light and electronic microscopes. The results showed that the stress ulcer could be observed in the contrast group and the gastric mucosa injury in the treated group decreased significantly. The results indicate that sulfhydryl compounds have cytoprotective effect on gastric mucosa after brain trauma in rats.
