摘要： 卵巢癌是目前病死率最高的妇科肿瘤,早期诊断能明显提高患者的5年生存率.积极探讨早期卵巢癌的筛查方法,对提高卵巢癌患者的治愈率、降低病死率具有重要意义.血清CA125检测和阴道超声检查是有潜力的筛查方法.

Abstract: Ovarian cancer is the most frequent cause of death in gynecological cancer. Early diagnosis can increase the 5 years' survival rate of patients obviously. It is important to enhance the survival rate and decrease the mortality by screening ovarian cancer. Both CA125 and transvaginal ultrasound are useful screening methods.
