夹闭兔颈总动脉对刺激下丘脑乳头体核及其周围区域引起的心律失常的影响

摘要: 以单向方波脉冲(波度0.5~1ms,频率40~70Hz,电流强度4~90μA),刺激麻醉家兔下丘脑乳头体核及其周围区域,刺激期间和刺激停止后可引起持续时间较短的以期前收缩为主的心律失常和动脉血压明显升高。夹闭双侧颈总动脉或去除双侧窦神经后,再刺激下丘脑所引起的心律失常反应显著增强。

Abstract: In anesthetized rabbits arrhythmia (mainly ectopic beats) and striking elevation of arterial blood pressure could be elicited during and after stimulation of mamillary nucleus of the hypothalamus and its surrounding regions by monophasic square wave trains lasted 5-10 seconds (pulse duration: 0.5--1ms; frequency: 40-70 Hz; current intensity: 4-90μA). Stimulation of hypothalamus on rabbits by temporary occlusion of the carotid artery or neurectomy of the carotid sinus could elicit an increased response of arrhythmia.
