摘要：

S-99可溶性止血纱布是一种新型止血材料。我们在动物实验的基础上进行了临床试用,对534例实验组和186例对照组进行了对比观察,结果表明:S-99可溶性止血纱布可提高伤口愈合良好率23.5%;可使术后因出血复诊者减少10.4%;並可降低干槽和感染率13.1%。对一些拔牙创伤较大或伴有其它全身疾患,易于发生出血、感染的患者,可作为一种辅助治疗手段。

Abstract:

S-99 soluble hemostatic gauze is a new type of material for stopping bleeding. Upon the basis of animal experimentation clinical application was tried with comparative observations on an experimental group of 534 cases and a co-ntrol group of 186 cases.Result disclosed that by utilizing S-99 soluble hemostatic gauze good result rate of wound healing wa sincreased by 23.5 %,post-operative bleeding rate was decreased by 10.4%, and the "alveolalgia"and infection rate was decreased by 13.1%. It can be used as a subsidiary therapeutic means in patients with larger wounds after tooth extraction, assoccated with other generalized diseases and with bleeding tendency and liability to infection
