用辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)逆行输送法对猫腰以下脊髓小脑束神经元入小脑径路的研究

Routes of Entry into the Cerebellum for Lumbar and more Caudal Spinocerebellar Neurons in the Cat An Experimental Anatomical Study Using Retrograde Tracing with HRP

摘要: 将9只小猫作一侧胸髓腹外侧索离断后按下列三组进行手术:A.切断对侧绳状体并在小脑后叶注射 HRP;B.切断对侧结合臂并作小脑后叶注射;C.切断对侧绳状体加小脑前叶注射。存活3—4天后分别观察上述实验动物在 L3以下脊髓中的逆行酶标细胞,以此分析这些神经元向小脑投射的不同途径。实验结果表明:(1)Clarke 氏柱(见于 L3—L4)发出纤维行于脊髓同侧经绳状体进入小脑后叶;(2)后角Ⅳ—Ⅵ层脊髓小脑束神经元(L3—L5)的轴突行径与 CIarke 氏柱的相同;(3)背外侧核(L3—L5)发出轴突在脊髓越边经结合臂止于小脑前、后叶;(4)腹外侧核(L4—L5)的纤维行同背外侧核但只止于前叶;(5)灰质Ⅶ层外侧部脊髓小脑束神经元(L3—L4)的轴突行径同腹外侧核;(6)灰质Ⅶ层内侧部脊髓小脑束神经元(L6—Cal)的投射在脊髓内交叉,可行经绳状体和结合臂达小脑前、后叶;(7)灰质Ⅷ层内侧部脊髓小脑采神经元(L3—L6)发出纤维不越边,经结合臂达小脑前叶;(8)腹内侧核(S1—Cal)发出越边纤维但经绳状体进入小脑前、后叶。对结果的讨论表明,在猫腰以下脊髓中除有数群发出脊髓小脑前束的神经元外,还有应属于脊髓小脑后束的神经元。

Abstract: Nine kittens after a cordotomy on one side were lesioned respectivelyon the controlateral side to either the restiform body or the brachiumconjunctivum.Afterwards,the HRP was injected into the anterior orposterior lobe of the cerebellum respectively.After 3-4 days' survivaltime the animals were perfused and the retrogradely labeled neuronscaudal to L2/sub> were observed.The results were as follows:The columnof Clarke (CC,L3-L4)and the neurons in laminae Ⅳ-Ⅵ (L3-L5)sentuncrossed fibers passing through the restiform body.The dorsolateralnucleus (DL,L3-L5)sent crossed fibers projecting to the cerebellum bypassing through the brachium conjunctivum.The axons of theventrolateral nucleus (VL,L4-L5)and the spinocerebellar neurons inlateral part of lamina Ⅶ (L3-L4)had the same fiber courses as DL,but VL neurons only terminated in the anterior lobe.The fibersprojected by neurons in medial part of lamina Ⅶ (L6-Cal)were crossedand passed through the restiform body.The neurons in medial part oflamina Ⅷ (L3-L6)sent uncrossed fibers passing through the brachiumconjunctivum and projected to the anterior lobe.The ventromedialnucleus (VM,S1-Cal)sent crossed fibers by passing through therestiform body.The results in present study indicate that there existsome groups of neurons belonging to those of the dorsal spinocerebellartract (DSCT)in addition to neurons of the ventral spinocerebellartract (VSCT).
