刺激家兔一侧颈上交感神经结对脑电活动的影响

摘要: 实验在清醒和制动的家兔上进行,刺激一侧颈上交感神经结造成脑缺血后,双侧腓神经兴奋诱发的皮层电位的P波振幅明显减小,脑电图出现明显的异常变化。结果提示,P波的振幅和脑电图对缺血敏感,可作为脑缺血的监测指标。刺激一侧颈上交感神经结引起脑功能的变化可作为脑缺血的模型。

Abstract: The experiments were carried out on awoke and immobilized rabbits. Following cerebral ischemia produced by stimulation of the superior cervi-cal sympathetic ganglion, the P Wave's amplitude of bilateral evoked cor-tical potentials was clearly reduced and EEG occurred clear abnormal changes. The results indicated that the amplitude of wave P and EEG seems to be susceptive to ischemia and may be used as monitory indicate of ce-rebral ischemia. The changes of cerebral function produced by stimutaling unilateral superior cerical sympathetic ganglion may be used as pattern of cerebral ischemia.
