视网膜脱离患者视网膜下液的蛋白质含量及分子量测定

摘要: 用LKB-2001立式电泳装置,以标志蛋白(Marker protein)为标准对照,分析了视网膜脱离和视网膜脱离伴高度近视患者血清和视网膜下液(SRF)的蛋白质分子量,发现视网膜脱离患者血清的蛋白质含量及种类与正常人血清的基本相同,分子量均在20 000D~94 000D之间,而SRF中蛋白质含量及其分子量则随病程延长而增加。病程在2个月以上者,其SRF的蛋白质含量及分子最与其本身血清的大致相同。

Abstract: Proteins contained in the serum and subretinal fluid(SRF) from patients of retinal detachment with and without high myopia were analysed by vertical eletrophoresis using marker proteins. It was found that the serum proteins and their molecular weights in retinal detachment patients were essentially the same as those of the normal individual, the molecular weights being between 19.8×10~3u and 93.3×10~3u dalton in both cases But the contents and the molecular weight of the SRF protein increased as the course of the disease was prolonged, and in patients of over 2 months’ duration. Both these parameters became approximately the same as those of their own serum.
