大鼠实验性脾虚证胰岛A、B和D细胞的免疫组织化学研究

Immunohistochemical Study of A-, B-, and D-Cells of Pancreatic Islets in Experimental Splenic Deficiency on Rats

摘要:

用免疫组织化学PAP法显示实验性脾虚组和正常对照组大鼠胰岛B细胞(胰岛素细胞)、A细胞(胰高血糖素细胞)和D细胞(生长抑素细胞).结果显示,实验组胰岛素分泌升高(P<0.01),胰高血糖素和生长抑素分泌下降(P<0.05).实验结果提示大鼠胰岛A、B和D细胞分泌活动的变化与脾虚证的症候可能有密切关系.

Abstract:

15 male adult Wistar rats were divided into experimental splenic deficiency group(10 rats)and normal control group(5 rats).Both groups of rats were fed under same conditions. In the experimental group,after administration of thubarb for 9 days,typical splenic deficiency symptoms were inducecd.The tail portions of pancreas of both groups were taken at 10 th day,and treated routinely for paraffin sections.Sternberger's PAP method was used to demonstrate the A-cells(glucagon cells),B-cells(insulin cells)and D-cells(somatostatin cells)in order to investigate their changes.Based on the intensity and content of the immunoreactive substances in the cells.In comparison,we found that in the experimental group the secretion of insulin elevated(P<0.05)and the secretion of glucagon and somatostatin declined obviously(P<0.05).The significance of these changes were also descussed.
