针形绝缘电极经椎间穿刺记录大鼠脊髓下行性诱发电位

Recording of Rat Descending Spinal Field Potentials Using Insulated Pin Electrode through Intervertebral Puncture

摘要: 在麻醉制动大鼠上,应用阻力脱失引导技术,把针形绝缘电极刺入颈髓和腰膨大硬膜外间隙及附近区域。经绝缘电极刺激颈髓,诱发下行性场电位(descending spinal field potentials,dSFP).结果由腰膨大硬膜外间隙绝缘电极记录到的大鼠脊髓场电位,与暴露脊髓用银球电极在脊髓背表面直接记录到的场电位波形一致,同样由A、N、P波组成。绝缘电极经椎间穿刺记录脊髓场电位的方法,操作简单,对动物影响小,可重复记录,可用于慢性实验。

Abstract: By means of the loss-of-resistance guidance method, insulated pin-electrodes were inserted into the epidural space through intervertebral puncture for segmental spinal cord stimulation and recording.Typical spinal field potential could be recorded from the epidural space of the lumbar enlargement.which was similar to the field potential recorded from the dorsai surface of the spinal cord directly by silver ball electrode.The result indicates that the method for recording spinal cord field potential by insulated pin electrode through intervertebral puncture can not only be applied to man and big animals but also to small animals like rat.
