4株蓝氏贾第虫总细胞蛋白质等电聚焦电泳分析

Isoelectric Focusing of Total Cell Proteins of Four Giardia lamblia Isolated from China and America

摘要: 用薄层等电聚焦电泳法,对分离自我国北京、四川、福建以及美国的4株蓝氏贾第虫总细胞蛋白质做了分析。结果表明,国内3株的带型基本一致,各带分布于标准pI3.6~8.3之间;美国1株的带型与国内3株的不同,多出2条区带,分别位于pI7.8和7.1处。提示中美虫株在蛋白质组成成分上存在差异,其原因可能系地理分隔所致。

Abstract: The total cell proteins obtained from the trophozoites of four Giardia lamblia isolates, of which three were isolated from China (C1, C2, and C3 ), and one from America(CDC), were studied by using an isoelectric focusing technique.It was shown that each of the three domestic isolates produced identical banding patterns,of which bands rang from pl 3.6 to 8.3.The banding pattern of the Anierican isolate was different from those of the Chinese isolates,which produced two adclitional new bands.The two distuict bands located at pI 7.1 and 7.8 respectively.The present study shows that geographical separation may be one of the reasons which causes difference between Giardia isolates from different geographical regions.
