子宫肌瘤、子宫内膜、蜕膜及绒毛膜hCG和hPL的测定

The Study of hCG and hPL in Uterine Myoma, Endometrium, Decidua and Chorion

摘要:

用免疫细胞化学方法显示子宫肌瘤、子宫内膜、蜕膜及绒毛膜中的hCG和hPL阳性细胞,研究其分化及临床意义。结果在早孕期蜕膜组织中显示4种不同形态的阳性细胞,这些细胞在HE染色标本上不易与内膜其他细胞分辨,故可用于宫内孕的诊断,并有助于宫外孕的早期诊断。并发现一类hPL阳性而hCG阴性的细胞,这类细胞可能对绒毛膜上皮细胞癌的研究有参考价值。

Abstract:

The immunohistochemical method was used to show the human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG)and human placental lactogen(hPL) positive cells in uterine myoma,endometrium,decidua and chorion of early human pregnancy,and to study the differentiation and clinical application of these cells.There were four kinds of hCG and hPL positive cells in decidua of early human pregnancy.Because it is difficult to identify them by HE staining,this study will provide a new way in the diagnosis of exrtauterine pregnancy and early uterine pregnancy.Furthermore,there is another kind of cells which is positive to hPL and negtive to hCG.It is proposed that these cells come from the cytotrophoblastic cells after moving into the endometrium.They may be of great value in the study of the chorionepithelioma.
