Effect of Newcastle Disease Virus Losota 4 on BT325 Multicellular Spheroids

摘要: 为研究新城鸡瘟病毒(Newcastle diseasevirus,NDV)的抗肿瘤作用,观察了NDVLosota-4弱毒株对人脑多形胶质母细胞瘤细胞系BT325多细胞球体的杀伤效应。发现:随着培养时间延长,与对照组球体直径相比,各滴度试验组球体平均直径增长数明显减少(P<0.01);克隆率分析结果进一步证明,NDVLosota-4弱毒株能有效杀伤BT325肿瘤细胞(P<0.01).

Abstract: The cytotoxic effects of NDV vaccine Losota-4 on multicellular spheroids model of human glioblastoma multiform BT325 were investigated. The results indicated that the diameter of spheroid decreased in all NDV titer (P<0.01). Survival assay showed that NDV could effectively kill glioblastoma cell (P<0.01).
