供体特异性输注对异基因小鼠皮肤移植的影响

Effect of Anti-CD3 Antibody and Donor Strain Bone Marrow on Mouse Skin Graft Survival

摘要: 为研究抗CD3单抗和供鼠骨髓细胞输注对小鼠皮肤移植存活的影响,在抗CD3单抗作用下,从供鼠C57BL/6中分离提取骨髓细胞液,移植术后注入受鼠BALB/C中,观察对异基因皮肤移植存活的影响。结果:骨髓组移植皮肤平均存活时间(MST)为15.6d,抗CD3单抗组为10.1d,正常对照组为7.7d.结果提示,在免疫抑制下供鼠骨髓输注可促进移植物的存活.

Abstract: The research is to study the influence on mouse skin graft survival with anti-CD3 antibody and donor bone marrow infusion. Under the effect of the immunosuppression of anti-CD3 antibody, bone marrow cell suspensions were extracted from donor strain C57BL/6 and injected into recipient BALB/C after skin allograft. The MST is 15.6 d for the bone marrow group, 10.1 d for the anti-CD3 group and 7.7 d in the contrast group respectively. The donor specific bone marrow infusion could improve the skin graft survival under the immunosuppression.
