垂体瘤手术对内分泌激素的影响

The Effect of Adenomectomy on Endocrine Hormones

摘要: 为了解垂体瘤手术对垂体激素分泌的影响,动态观察了150例垂体瘤患者在显微外科手术前后血清泌乳素(PRL)、生长激素(GH)、甲状腺功能〔T3、T4、促甲状腺素(TSH)〕、血皮质醇(F)和促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)的变化。结果:术后1周内PRL、GH水平明显下降且与以后的PRL、GH水平基本一致,故认为术后1周的PRL、GH水平可做为判断手术疗效的主要指标之一;所有垂体瘤患者T3术后较术前均显着降低,提示手术摘除垂体腺瘤可引起T3水平的下降,而其他激素水平无明显变化。

Abstract: 150 patients with pituitary adenoma (84 PRL secreting pituitary adenomas, 30 GH-secreting pituitary adenomas and 36 nonfunctioning pituitary adenomas) were treated by adnomectomy. The dynamic studies of serum PRL, GH, Cortisol, ACTH and thyroidal functions (T3, T4, TSH) were performed before and after microsurgery. PRL and GH levels decreased strikingly within one week after treatment and didnt change afterwards. It was concluded that PRLand GHlevels could be one of the major indicators to judge the effect of surgery. Serum T3 also decreased significantly and the other pituitary hormones had no significant changes. It suggested that adenomectomy could cause the serum T3 decreased.
