Comparision of Impulse Oscillometry Method and Plethysmogrophy for Measuring Airway Resistance

摘要: 为探讨脉冲振荡法和体描法测定呼吸道阻力的关系,对158例患者分别用脉冲振荡法和体描法测定呼吸道阻力,同时测定测试患者的通气功能,对2种方法测得的呼吸道阻力进行相关分析,考察各组数据的分布情况。结果发现各阻力变量均与第1秒用力呼气量(FEV1)高度相关,各阻力变量之间的相关性也很强,总呼吸道阻力(R5)和呼吸道总阻力(Rtot)的分布基本相似,但经一致性检验,两者的差值存在着较大的差异,R5比Rtot略小。因此可以认为R5近似地反映了Rtot的变化趋势,但不完全等同于Rtot,判断结果应有各自的阳性判断标准,以供临床参考.

Abstract: To investigate the relationship between the impulse oscillometry method and plethysmogrophy used in measuring airway resistance, Using the two methods to measure the airway resistance and the ventilation data of 158 patients. The varies of resistance such as Rtot, Rocc, Z rs, R5, R20 had a high degree corelation with FEV 1, and so do the corelation among the varies of resistance. The distributions of R5 and Rtot were almost the same, but after the agreement test, there was difference between them. R5 was less than Rtot. R5 could nearly reflect the change of Rtot, but they were not, equal. The application of the impulse oscillometry method to measure the airway resistance should have different positive criteria from that of plethysmogrophy.
