高渗冰盐水硬膜外注射术后镇痛效果的临床观察

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 为观察高渗冰盐水硬膜外注射的术后镇痛效果,将1000例患者随机分为A、B 2组。所有患者均硬膜外注入-2～-4℃10%氯化钠10mL;B组加用芬太尼0.05mg,观察术后镇痛的效果及持续时间。结果:镇痛分级效果B组显着优于A组(P<0.01),但镇痛的总有效率及镇痛持续时间2组间无显着差异(P均>0.05).结果提示:硬膜外注入低温高渗盐水用于术后镇痛有较好的效果,加用小剂量芬太尼(0.05mg),可提高镇痛优良率,且无不良反应。

Abstract: One thousand patients, divided randomly into A (epidural ice hypertonic saline 10 mL) and B (ice hypertonic saline 10 mLand fentanyl 0.05 mg) groups. The effect and lasting time were observed. There existed great difference between the two groups in analgesic effect (P<0.01) and no difference in analgesic lasting time (P>0.05). Epidural ice hypertonic saline can attenuate postoperative pain, has a longlasting analgesic effect, reduce the use of postoperative opioid drugs and has no side effects. The effect of saline injection combined with small dose of fentanyl(0.05 mg) is even better without any side effect.
