摘要: 活动轮廓模型模拟力学中的力平衡条件,通过反复迭代来提取大脑表面形态.本研究在活动轮廓模型的基础上提出3个方面的改进:质量函数的定义采用一种简单而有效的方法;在活动轮廓的起始位置上,提出新的初始化方法;以及介绍控制点相对在大脑表面位置的自动定位,改进了以往手工沟回定位的不足.

Abstract: An active contour model based on the extraction of the appearance of brain cortex is described in this paper. The initialization of the initial position of the active contour,the new defination of mass function and the method determining control points automatically could be used to improve the results of the extraction of the appearance of brain cortex.
