摘要: 为提高融合蛋白PET-28a(+)/Ts87/BL21的表达水平,对诱导时间、诱导物浓度、诱导时细菌生长状态等条件与表达量的关系进行了研究.结果表明,在细菌生长的适宜状态(OD600nm=0.6)和诱导条件(37℃4h)下,此融合蛋白的表达量最高,约占菌体总蛋白的30%以上.

Abstract: The influence of the expression conditions, such as the period of inducement, the concentration of inducer and the growth state of the host cell during inducement was investigated in order to increase the level of expression of the fusion protein PET-28a(+)/Ts87/BL21. The results showed that when the inductive conditions were appropriate(OD600 nm =0.6, 37 ℃, 4 h), the amount of the expression product took up over 30% of the total bacterial proteins.
