摘要: 为了探索血浆置换时人体血浆胆红素浓度随血浆置换量的变化规律,实验上采用定时方法测量重型肝炎患者血浆置换时体内血浆中的胆红素浓度,理论上根据血浆置换原理,建立了血浆置换的二室模型,导出了血浆置换过程中胆红素浓度与血浆置换量的关系式.结果:血浆置换的二室模型理论预测值与实验测量值差别很小,说明胆红素浓度的理论模拟值与实验值具有很好的一致性.提示:该模型的解析表达式较好地反映了血浆置换过程中胆红素浓度的变化规律,具有潜在的临床应用价值.

Abstract: The objective was to study the variation tendency of bilirubin concentration with plasma exchange dosage. The time-measurement method was used to obtain the concentration of bilirubin in plasma from severe hepatitis patients. Theoretically, On the basis of principle of plasma exchange, a two-compartment model of plasma exchange was established, and the relationship between the bilirubin concentration and the dosage of plasma exchange was derivated. Results: The difference between the theoretical and experimental values were quite small, Which illustrate that the theoretical predication was excellent agreement with the experimental measurement. It suggests that this two-compartment model well describes variation tendency of bilirubin concentration in plasma exchange, and it possesses potential value in clinic application.
