苯那普利对脑出血后心律失常及脑水含量的作用

摘要: 为观察盐酸苯那普利(benazepril HCl)对大鼠脑出血后脑水含量的影响及对心律失常的作用,测定脑出血模型大鼠的脑水含量,并用24h动态心电图记录心律失常发生情况。发现:苯那普利能减低脑水含量,并明显减少脑出血后室性早搏发生次数。提示:苯那普利对脑出血后脑水肿及室性早搏有明显的预防及治疗作用。

Abstract: To study the effect of Benazepril on arrhythmia and brain water content after intracerebral hemorrhage in rates, we detect brain water content and used Dynamic Electrocardiogram by intracerebral hemorrhage model in rats. The result shows that Benazepril decreased the brain water content and occurrence of premature ventricular beats. Benazepril possesses obvious effect on prevention and treatment of brain edema and arrhythmia after intracerebral hemorrhage.
