健脾补肾法治疗精神分裂症阴性症状的临床观察

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的研究健脾补肾法治疗精神分裂症阴性症状的疗效。方法将60例精神分裂症患者采用数字表法随机分为中药治疗组和对照组。中药治疗组患者服用氯丙嗪的同时服用健脾补肾方药,对照组患者服用氯丙嗪的同时服用安慰剂。中药治疗组被试和安慰剂组被试分别在入组前和研究结束时用阳性和阴性症状量表(positive symptom and negative syndrome, PANSS)评定精神症状。结果治疗组阳性症状量表分、情感迟钝量表分、阴性症状量表分、情感退缩量表分、情感交流障碍量表分、刻板思维量表分与基线比较有明显改善(P<0.05), 且这种改善作用在后5项中优于对照组(P<0.05)。而对照组仅在阳性症状量表分和情感迟钝量表分上与基线比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健脾补肾法对精神分裂症阴性症状有一定改善作用。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the improving effects on negative symptom of schizophrenia patients by strengthening the spleen and invigorating the kidney. Methods Sixty schizophrenia patients treated with chlorpromazine were divided into two groups, study group was treated with herbal mixture which can strengthen the spleen and invigorate the kidney, the control group was treated with placebo for 12 weeks. Positive and negative symptom scale (PANSS) was used to evaluate positive and negative symptoms. Results Total score of positive symptom scale and negative symptom scale, score of blunted effect, emotional withdrawal, poor rapport, passive and apathetic social withdrawal, stereotyped thinking in negative subscale significantly decreased after 12 weeks' treatment in study group compared with baseline (P<0.05). And this improving effect was superior to control group apart from positive symptom and blunted effect (P<0.05). However only score of positive symptom and blunted effect improved in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The method which can strengthen the spleen and invigorate the kidney have improving effects on negative symptoms of schizophrenia.
