摘要: 哺乳动物的HEY基因家族与果蝇Hairy基因具有相似的螺旋-环-螺旋结构,二者均为转录因子,是目前发现的Notch信号通路中为数不多的靶基因之一。本文旨在通过对HEY基因家族结构与功能的特点分析,阐释它们在心血管发育中的重要作用,从而为揭开HEY基因家族对心血管发育的作用机制及分子调控机制提供理论基础。

Abstract: Mammalian HEY gene family and drosophila Hairy genes have similar helix-loop-helix structure, both of which are transcription factors, and they are one of the few target genes found in the Notch signaling pathway. This paper aims at analyzing the characteristics of HEY gene family in its structure and function, clarifying their important effect in cardiovascular development, so as to provide a theoretical basis to reveal the mechanism and molecular regulatory mechanisms of HEY gene family on the cardiovascular development.
