滤泡辅助性T细胞与自身免疫性疾病的研究进展

摘要:

滤泡辅助性T细胞(T follicular helper cells,Tfh细胞)是新近被命名的负责辅助B细胞产生抗体的新的CD4+ T细胞亚群,其主要功能是帮助B细胞激活、增生和分化,以形成生发中心。趋化因子受体5(C-X-C chemokine receptor type 5,CXCR5)、诱导性共刺激分子(inducible co-stimulator,ICOS)、白介素21(interleukin 21,IL-21)、B细胞淋巴瘤因子6(B-cell CLL/lymphoma 6,Bcl-6)等主要功能分子参与了Tfh细胞的分化。Tfh细胞数量以及其效应功能分子异常与多种自身抗体介导的自身免疫性疾病相关。

Abstract:

T follicular helper cells(Tfh cells) are newly defined as a new subset of CD4+ T cells, which are responsible for assisting B cells to produce antibodies. And its main function is to contribute to the activation, proliferation and differentiation of B cells, and then form germinal centers. The major function molecules of Tfh cells such as C-X-C chemokine receptor type 5(CXCR5), inducible co-stimulator(ICOS), interleukin 21(IL-21) and B-cell CLL/lymphoma 6(Bcl-6), are involved in the differentiation of Tfh cells. The number of Tfh cells and the abnormalities of its functional molecules are associated with autoimmune diseases which are mediated by a variety of autoantibodies.
