视听整合连续测试对脑电生物反馈治疗ADHD疗效的评估

Application of integrated visual and auditory continuous performance test to evaluate the curative effect of EEG biofeedback on attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD)

摘要:

目的 应用视听整合连续测试对脑电生物反馈治疗注意缺陷多动障碍(attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder, ADHD)的疗效进行评估。方法 参照《美国精神疾病诊断和统计手册》第4版(Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders-Ⅳ, DSM-Ⅳ)中关于ADHD的诊断标准,选取2013年1月到2014年3月在郑州市儿童医院心理科诊断明确的ADHD患儿50例,进行脑电(electroencephalographic, EEG)生物反馈训练,每周训练5次,每次30 min,每20次为1个疗程,所有患儿均连续训练2个疗程。在治疗前后应用视听整合连续测试的方法检测听、视觉控制力和注意力,对比各相关商数的变化,从而对脑电生物反馈的疗效进行综合评估。 结果 经过训练,患儿的综合控制力和综合注意力均得到明显改善(P<0.001),其他各项观察指标也有所提高。除了毅力商数和速度商数外,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.005)。结论 脑电生物反馈训练是针对ADHD的一种有效方法,值得临床推广。

Abstract:

Objective Apply Integrated Visual and Auditory Continuous Performance Test to evaluate the curative effect of electroencephalographic(EEG) biofeedback treatment on Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder(ADHD). Methods Fifty cases of ADHD children in Psychology Department of our hospital from January 2013 to March 2014 were selected to accept EEG biofeedback training ( five times a week, 30 minutes per time, 20 times as a course).All patients accepted two continuous courses of EEG biofeedback training. Integrated Visual and Auditory Continuous Performance Test(IVA-CPT) was applied to detect visual-auditory control and Visual-Auditory attention before and after the treatment. We will compare the changes of the relative quotients, to evaluate comprehensively of the curative effect of EEG biofeedback.Results After the training, integrated control and integrated attention of children were significantly improved(P<0.001). Except willpower quotient and speed quotient, the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion EEG biofeedback training is an effective method for ADHD which is worth being popularized clinically.
