心理干预对成人唇腭裂患者的影响

Studies of the Influence of Psychological Intervention on Adult Patients with Labiopalatal Clefts

摘要: 目的 探讨心理干预对成人唇腭裂患者心理状况的影响,探索适合于成人唇腭裂患者的心理干预方案。方法 对34例住院成人唇腭裂患者按抽签法随机分为对照组和干预组。对照组在住院期间仅进行手术治疗,干预组在手术治疗的同时接受心理治疗。入院后对2组患者施行前测、出院前对2组患者进行后测以评价心理干预对成人唇腭裂患者心理状况的影响,测量工具为交往焦虑量表、自尊量表及社会支持量表。结果 研究前后的社会支持得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),干预组和对照组干预前后的社会支持的变化大小不同,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对自尊与交往焦虑的统计结果分析2组差异无统计学意义。结论 心理干预能提高成人唇腭裂患者心理健康水平,但应进一步完善治疗计划。

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the influence of psychological intervention on adult patients with cleft lip and palate. Methods Thirty-four hospitalized adult cleft lip and palate patients were randomly divided into control group and trial group. Patients in the control group received operative therapy only, while patients in the trial group received additional psychological therapy at the same time. All patients had psychological measurements separately on admission and discharging using Social Support Rating Scale, Interaction Anxiousness Scale and the Self-Esteem Scale. Results Scores of two groups had no significant difference before intervention. The change in aggregate scores of social support in the trial group was obviously higher than that in control group(P<0.05), while other changes in scores were not significant. Conclusion Psychological interventions are good methods to enhance psychological health level in adult patient with cleft lip and palate.
