摘要: 颅脑创伤(traumatic brain injury,TBI)是世界范围内年轻人和成年人致残的最重要的原因之一。病死率高,而幸存者常伴有身体的残疾、精神障碍等后遗症,为社会发展带来了沉重的负担。自噬是近年来研究的一个热点领域,近年来关于TBI继发性损害机制中自噬的研究逐渐增多,但仍有许多机制有待阐明,本文将从TBI后自噬的变化以及其相关机制进行阐述。

Abstract: Traumatic brain injury (TBI) is one of the most important causes of disability of the young people and adults around the world, which caused high mortality and the survivors often accompanied sequelae of physical disability, mental disability and so on. TBI brings a heavy burden to the society development. Autophagy is a hot research field in recent years. Although the study on the mechanism of autophagy changes in the secondary damage induced by TBI has been gradually increasing in recent years, there are still many mechanisms of autophagy to be elucidated. The main aim of this review is to elaborate on the changes of autophagy related mechanism after TBI.
