摘要: 阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer's disease,AD)的病因、发病机制十分复杂,涉及与遗传和环境相互作用有关的诸多因素。其中,与追赶生长相伴随的胰岛素抵抗、能量代谢异常、氧化应激、炎性反应、自噬过程改变等是AD发病机制中被广泛认可的危险因素。本文结合近年来对追赶生长现象的研究,探讨其与AD之间的潜在关系。

Abstract: The etiology and pathogenesis of Alzheimer's disease is complex and involves many factors related to the interaction of genetic and environmental. Among them, the insulin resistance, abnormal energy metabolism, oxidative stress, inflammatory response and changes in autophagy process with catch up growth are widely recognized as risk factors of Alzheimer's disease.This article focuses studies on the catch up growth phenomenon in recent years, try to explore its potential relationship with Alzheimer's disease.
