NADPH氧化酶在呼吸道黏膜炎性疾病中的研究进展

摘要: 烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷磷酸(nico-tinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate,NADPH)氧化酶最早发现于吞噬细胞的呼吸爆发,后来发现NADPH氧化酶也表达于上皮细胞、内皮细胞等非吞噬细胞中。NADPH氧化酶与活性氧(reactive oxygen species,ROS)的产生、细胞内氧化还原反应、氧化应激及信号传导密切相关,与心血管系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病等慢性病的发生发展也有一定关联。本文就NADPH氧化酶与常见呼吸道黏膜炎性疾病的研究进展做简要综述。

Abstract: Nico-tinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate (NADPH) oxidase was first found in the respiratory burst of phagocytic cells. It was also found that NADPH oxidase was expressed in epithelial cells, endothelial cells and other non-phagocytic cells. NADPH oxidase is closely related with reactive oxygen species (ROS) production, intracellular redox reaction,oxidative stress and signal transduction. It also has certain correlation with the occurrence and development of manychronic diseases, such as cardiovascular diseases, respiratory diseases and so on. This article briefly reviews the research progress of NADPH oxidase in inflammatory diseases of respiratory tract.
