真皮内脂肪组织调控皮肤生理病理过程与机制的研究进展

摘要: 真皮内脂肪组织(dermal white adipose tissue,dWAT)是位于真皮网状层正下方的一层白色脂肪组织。dWAT在皮肤的生理病理过程中发挥着重要的作用,具有调控毛囊生长周期、促进创面愈合、介导皮肤先天性免疫和对抗皮肤衰老的作用。其最新的研究成果更新并加深了我们对皮肤的认识,并有望成为皮肤损伤修复与疾病治疗的新靶点。本文就dWAT新的研究进展做一综述。

Abstract: The dermal white adipose tissue(dWAT)is defined as adipose tissue underlying the reticular dermis,which could modulates skin homeostasis. The studies on the mechanism have revealed that dermal adipose tissue played an essential role in maintenance of hair cycles, healing of cutaneous wounds, and antibacterial ability of innate immune and skin aging. These studies update and deepen our understanding of the complicated interaction between dWAT and skin. It opened a novel avenue to find new targets in the treatment of skin diseases and the intervention of skin aging. This paper reviewed the recent research on dWAT.
