儿童原发性心脏肿瘤21例的临床病理分析

摘要: 目的  探究儿童原发性心脏肿瘤的临床病理特点、诊断和鉴别诊断,以及治疗与预后。方法  对21例儿童原发性心脏肿瘤病例进行临床资料收集、病理学观察并结合文献分析讨论。结果  根据病理形态学特点、免疫组织化学染色结果结合临床资料分析,21例儿童原发性心脏肿瘤病例均为良性,其中包括心脏横纹肌瘤6例、心脏黏液瘤6例、心脏纤维瘤5例、心脏平滑肌瘤1例、心脏血管瘤1例、间叶性心脏错构瘤2例。结论  儿童原发性心脏肿瘤罕见,大部分为良性肿瘤;临床表现缺乏特异性,但肿瘤具有较为典型的病理学特征,免疫组织化学染色有助于肿瘤诊断与鉴别。

Abstract: Objective  To investigate the clinicopathological characteristics of primary cardiac tumor in children, diagnosis and differential diagnosis, treatment and prognosis.Methods  Totally 21 cases of primary cardiac tumor in children of pathological features of were made and the clinical data and combined with literature were analyzed.Results  According to the morphological characteristics, the results of immunohistochemistry, and the clinical data analysis, 21 children with primary cardiac tumors were all benign tumors, including 6 cases of cardiac rhabdomyoma, 6 cases of cardiac myxoma, 5 cases of cardiac fibroma, 1 cases of cardiac leiomyoma, 1 case of cardiac angioma and 2 cases of mesenchymal cardiac hamartoma.Conclusion  Primary cardiac tumors in children are rare and mostly benign. Although clinical manifestations are common, tumors with typical pathological features. Immunohistochemical staining is helpful for diagnosis and differentiation.
