摘要: 维持细胞容量相对恒定是生物进化过程中逐渐形成的一种调节能力。容量敏感的有机渗透分子和阴离子通道广泛存在于人、动物和植物细胞中,并对氯离子具有选择性。该通道参与细胞容量调节,在调节性容量减少过程中发挥主要作用。

Abstract: Maintenance of constant cell volume is an evolutionarily ancient homeostatic process.Volume-sensitive organic osmolyte and anion channels(VSOACs),which are permeatable to chlorine,distribute widely in human being,animals and vegetables.VSOACs participate in cell volume regulation and play primary roles in regulatory volume decrease.
