摘要: 当前新型甲型H1N1流感病毒的暴发,引起全球的关注。本文对甲型H1N1流感病毒的分类地位、结构特征、基因复制、蛋白功能进行介绍,说明新型甲型H1N1流感病毒是甲型流感病毒通过抗原漂移和抗原转换所产生的,对奥塞米韦(达菲)敏感,但对金刚烷胺有抗药性。

Abstract: The recent outbreak of the novel strain of influenza A(H1N1) virus has raised a global concern of the future risk of a pandemic. The taxonomy, structure, replication and protein function of influenza A(H1N1) virus were discussed. The novel strain of influenza A(H1N1) virus which is the product of antigenic drift and antigenic shift of influenza A virus is resistable to adamantane but sensitive to Timiflu.
