摘要:

目前对过敏性疾病的发病机制研究不仅局限于1型辅助性T细胞(T helper cells1,TH1)和2型辅助性T细胞(T helper cells1,TH2)的双重调节框架,新近发现的调节性T细胞(T regulatory cells,Treg)和促炎TH17细胞亦受到重视。外周T细胞克隆的分化主要取决于相应转录调节因子主导的转录通路,包括T-bet(TH1)、GATA-3(TH2)、FOXP3(Treg)以及ROR-γτ/ROR-α(TH17)。本文对不同T细胞亚群的转录调控机制及其在过敏性疾病中的作用做一综述。

Abstract:

Originally interpreted within the framework of a binary TH1/TH2 paradigm, the knowledge of the pathogenesis of allergic diseases has broadened to incorporate the contribution of T regulatory cells and the newly described proinammatory TH17 cell lineage. The commitment of peripheral T-cell clones to undergo differentiation into one of those lineages is shaped by transcriptional circuitries that center on key transcriptional regulators: T-box expressed in T cells(TH1), GATA-3(TH2), forkhead box p3(T regulatory cells), and retinoid-related orphan receptor gt/retinoid-related orphan receptor a(TH17). The aim of this review is to elaborate on the transcriptional regulation mechanism of different T-cell subsets and their functions in allergic diseases.
