摘要: 纳米技术是近些年来新兴并蓬勃发展的技术,对诸多领域产生了巨大的影响。作者针对纳米技术在美白及抗衰老美容化妆品中的应用进行综述,从纳米技术的概念、纳米技术的优势进行了介绍;对皮肤衰老及美白剂开发的基础研究进行了概述,并介绍了纳米技术在抗衰老成分以及美白成分中应用的研究进展,同时介绍了部分相应的纳米级化妆品;最后对当前纳米技术中存在的主要毒理学问题加以阐述,并对纳米技术今后在化妆品中应用的发展前景进行了展望。

Abstract: Nanotechnology began to emerge 20 years ago, and has been developing tremendously. The applications of nanotechnology include biomedical studies. This article reviews the concept of nanotechnology and nanoscale material. Several advantages of nanotechnology for cosmetics and pharmaceutics are discussed and the focus is nanotechnology for whitening and anti-aging cosmetic's applications. The features of loading the ingredients of whitening or anti-aging cosmetics into nanoparticles, such as solid lipid nanoparticles(SLN) and nanostructured lipid carriers(NLC) and examples of the cosmetic products on the market are reviewed.
