摘要: 2015年诺贝尔生理学或医学奖授予中国药学家屠呦呦等3位科学家,以表彰他们发现了治疗疟疾的开创性疗法和治疗丝虫感染的新疗法。中国药学家屠呦呦的突出贡献是创制新型抗疟药——青蒿素和双氢青蒿素。

Abstract: The 2015 Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine is awarded jointly to Tu Youyou, etc three scientists for their discoveries concerning a novel therapy against malaria and infections caused by roundworm parasites. Tu's outstanding contribution is for her discovery of the new anti-malarial drugs—artemisinin and dihydroartemisinin
