放射性支架治疗肝外胆管癌的临床研究

摘要: 目的 评价一种新的放射性支架治疗晚期肝外胆管癌的安全性和有效性。方法 本研究为回顾性研究,将9名符合条件的患者经十二指肠镜植入新型放射性支架,放射剂量的确定由计算机按照新的治疗计划系统(treatment planning system,TPS)进行计算,观察实际吸收剂量、支架通畅时间和生存期等指标。结果 9例患者均成功完成手术。实际的辐射剂量为(57.10±21.14)Gy,中位生存期为397 d。在放射性支架联合普通塑料支架和单纯使用放射性支架的情况下,平均通畅时间分别为125.7 d和101.8 d。本研究的局限性在于非随机和回顾性设计。结论 放射性支架治疗晚期肝外胆管癌安全、有效。

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the safety and efficacy of a new radioactive stent for treatment of advanced extrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma. Methods This is a non randomized retrospective study. Nine patients were involved.Radiation dose was determined by a new treatment planning system (TPS). Then the new radioactive stents were implanted by duodenoscope. Actual radiation dose,time of the stent patency and survival period was observed. Results Successful operations were achieved in 9 patients. The actual radiation dose was (57.10±21.14) Gy. The median survival period was 397 days. The average patency time was 125.7 days and 101.8 days in plastic stent combined and single radioactive stent respectively. Conclusion The radioactive stent was safe and effective in patients with advanced extrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma.
